Summary
Responsible for managing student accounts receivable and the production and generation of various financial reports for the School of Health Professions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, billing and collections, student financial aid disbursements, month end close, and supporting Senior Management. Individual must practice good accounting skills in order to ensure that all phases of the Finance Department function accurately and timely so that management is provided with accurate and complete financial data. Exercises professional judgment in performing day-to-day activities and ensures that generally accepted accounting principles are properly adhered to. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Accounting
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: NA
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 2 years of Accounting experience. Education or Healthcare experience.
